StudioIQ · Last updated July 2026

StudioIQ is a business analytics and marketing-automation platform for fitness studios. This policy explains what data StudioIQ handles and how. StudioIQ acts as a service provider (processor) to each studio (the data controller); studios connect their own accounts and direct how their data is used.

Data we access via Meta

With a studio's authorization, StudioIQ connects to that studio's own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Meta advertising account to provide reporting and to help create, schedule, and manage the studio's social content and ads on the studio's behalf. This may include Page and post insights, follower and engagement metrics, advertising performance and campaign data, and media the studio chooses to publish. StudioIQ accesses this only to perform functions the studio requests.

Other data we process

To operate features such as reporting and advertising-audience management, StudioIQ processes limited business records provided or authorized by the studio (for example, hashed contact identifiers used to build or exclude ad audiences). StudioIQ does not sell personal data and does not use it for its own advertising.

How data is used

Sharing

We share data with Meta as necessary to perform requested actions on the studio's connected accounts, and with infrastructure providers that run the service (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and Anthropic for AI-assisted copy generation). We do not sell data.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and retained while the studio uses StudioIQ. It is deleted on request or a reasonable time after a studio stops using the service.

Your choices and deletion

Studios and their users may request access to or deletion of their data at any time. See our Data Deletion page.
