Terms of Service

StudioIQ · Last updated July 2026

These terms govern use of StudioIQ, a software platform for fitness studios operated by StudioIQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

StudioIQ provides analytics dashboards, reporting, and marketing tools for fitness studios, including social-media publishing and advertising management on accounts the studio connects (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Meta ad accounts) and integrations with systems the studio authorizes (such as booking and scheduling platforms).

Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for your account credentials and for ensuring you have the right to connect any third-party account you link to StudioIQ. Actions StudioIQ takes on connected accounts (publishing content, creating or changing advertisements, managing audiences) are performed at your direction. You can disconnect a linked account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StudioIQ to violate any law or the terms of a connected platform (including Meta's terms and advertising policies), to send spam, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Paid features are billed at the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing period.

Your data

Your content and business data remain yours. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy; deletion requests are handled per our Data Deletion page.

Third-party platforms

StudioIQ depends on third-party services (including Meta and booking platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, decisions (such as ad review outcomes), or changes to their APIs and policies.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using StudioIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (data, liability, governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
